* All return or exchange must be claimed within 15 days of receiving merchandise.

* Fair-Go Exchange Information :
One exchange per order is available on 'Non-Sale Stock', however you'll need to pay $30.00 re-stocking fee, before any exchange dress is released or ordered. So, it's pretty important to grab a tape measure and check your figure stats, to avoid unnecessary expense and inconvenience.

Return Procedure of General Product:

Firstly please contact us, if you think the dress is badly. We will make you satisfy as your requirements once we should be responsible for the mistake. Maybe all money will be refunded after deduction of the shipping and handling fees. Shipping fee will be charged again for any change and return of products. Please contact us within 5 days after receiving the dress. Failure to do so shall not be valid for any refund.

Returned dresses must be in their original condition. Return of dresses will only be considered for notice within 15 days after you accept products. For exceeding the time limit, we will refuse to accept the dress.
